New Year

I don't think I really did much last year. It seemed to me that I spent the majority of my time keeping just trying to balance my work and school life. As a result, I had very little personal life that seemed worthy of blogging. My camera didn't get out much and neither did I. In spite of this, I did accomplish a few things. I passed a particular class that I had had to repeat. I was ill near the end of the class and despite having completed most of the work, I despaired of actually finishing. I stuck it out however and earned a B. I did not finish the paper till 7am of the day it was due. I worked on it all night, laid down for and hour and went to lunch, and then turned it in on my lunch break. I was so happy and relieved when I read that I had passed! I had convinced myself that the final paper was horrible and that I could never pass. I still have not had the courage to go back and read the final product of all my labors

I went to Longue vue Gardens with my sis. That was a lot of fun and a much needed break. I went on a trip with some of the residents from work. That is a blog in itself so I will save it for later. So even though the year seemed uneventful and not very blog-able a lot did occur. I am looking forward to the new year with great expectation.
